The Instructor Training course objective is to prepare the cosmetologist for the State Board Examination by providing the three hundred (300) hours of instruction required by the State Board. Another objective is to show the successful cosmetologist how to give back their knowledge to up and coming cosmetology professionals. This course study should only be reserved to those professionals who are willing to give back to the industry that has blessed them over the years.
The three hundred (300) hours of required instruction shall be apportioned as follows:
1. General – 100 clock hours
Orientation, Introduction to Teaching, Lesson Planning and Motivation.
2. Physical – 200 clock hours
Assistance in Classroom, Practice Teaching in Theory and Clinic Floor, Teaching in Sanitary Code.
